If you do not currently have an account with us but would like to be listed in our near-real-time SUD treatment locator, mental health treatment locator, and recovery housing locator, please complete the form below. Our goal is to work with every licensed or accredited substance use disorder facility, mental health treatment facility, and certified recovery house in Kentucky so that we can provide accurate, up-to-date, and reliable information about available treatment and housing openings throughout the state.
